Senior pictures capture a milestone moment, celebrating your individuality and achievements as you close one chapter and begin an exciting new journey in life. Not only do senior pictures commemorate this special time, but the experience is also all about having fun and showcasing your unique personality, so you can look back and see yourself authentically represented.
Your Session
Before
When you reach out, we’ll discuss session packages, dates, and times that work best for you. Once details are finalized, I’ll send you a personalized project link, which serves as the hub for everything related to your session. This link includes your contract, payment options for the retainer, a questionnaire to fill out, a style guide, and eventually, your final gallery. This ensures all your session information is conveniently accessible in one place.
During
During the session, I’ll guide you through a variety of poses and prompts to bring out your best. My top priority is ensuring you feel comfortable, confident, and most importantly, that you’re having fun. Depending on the length of your session, I capture anywhere from 1,000 to 3,000 photos, so we have plenty of options to showcase your unique personality.
After
After the session, I carefully review all the images captured and select the very best ones to showcase. I then edit these photos to perfection over the next 2-4 weeks. Once complete, your edited photos are uploaded to your personalized project link, where you can view, share with friends and family, and order prints directly from your private online gallery.
Feeling unsure about posing is completely normal, and it’s one of the top concerns I hear from seniors. But don’t worry—I’ll be there to guide you through the entire process! I’ll suggest poses that suit you and provide prompts to help you feel relaxed and natural. My goal is to create an environment where you can be yourself, so you can focus on having fun while I capture your unique personality. Even if you’ve never posed for a camera before, you’ll quickly get the hang of it. After just a few prompts, it will start to feel natural, and before you know it, you’ll be posing like a pro!

When planning outfits for your senior session, variety is key! I recommend bringing at least three outfit options, even if you don’t plan to wear them all. This allows you to mix casual, dressy, and fun looks that reflect your personal style. Choose clothes that fit well, complement your skin tone, and make you feel comfortable and confident. Make sure your outfits are clean, wrinkle-free, and paired with shoes and accessories that match. Avoid clothing that restricts movement or feels uncomfortable, as well as outfits that may not photograph well. Most importantly, let your unique style shine through, and don’t hesitate to bring extra options and even props—better to have too much than not enough!
